Ashleigh is a registered general nurse who trained in NUIG/UCHG and qualified in 2017. She gained surgical and medical experience before discovering her love for general practice nursing when she joined a Galway City practice in 2019. She worked here for 6 years before moving to Turloughmore Medical Centre in 2025.
She is trained in phlebotomy, ear irrigation, wound management, immunisations, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring, chronic disease management and has a special interest in cervical screening and childhood immunisations.
